I will be leading three poetry workshops in September! There will be one for adults, one for teens, and one for children. The Monthaven Arts & Cultural Center has been extremely kind to let me offer this to the general public. Take a look!

Poetry Workshop for Adults: Finding Your Voice through Verse – Instructor: Jason Tomlinson

Unleash your inner poet in this creative workshop designed for writers of all experience levels. Participants will encounter a variety of brainstorming and pre-writing exercises to help spark inspiration and curate a rich collection of ideas. Through guided activities, group discussion, and personal reflection, you’ll explore different poetic forms and styles while developing your unique voice. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with at least one polished original poem—and the seeds of many more ready to grow.
