Circle of Blessing

I’ve known my favorite number and my favorite color for a while
for more than one reason eleven and red tend to make me smile
but today it occurred to me that I have a favorite shape too
I prefer a circle above all shapes that come into my view
and the circles I found myself in today were excellent to put it minimally
forthright and deep verbally and subliminally
surrounded by those I lead and those who are my peers
I engaged those entrusted to me and also gave release to fears
honoring my responsibilities and forsaking situations stressing
may I ever go round and round this circle of blessing
