Sometimes I need a sad poem
a story of love lost
a collection of hopelessness
a cry for the dead
a grievance for what is gone
I don’t want to hear that it’s going to get better
I don’t want any silver linings
and I don’t want to find the positive angle
I just want to feel this sadness
