Weeding Time

I think it’s time to weed the garden it’s gotten out of hand
it ain’t the rain it ain’t the climate the season or the land
it’s these weeds that are trying to choke every good thing I’ve got growing
I’m tossing seed after seed and I’m continually sowing
but little to no progress is made ’cause these weeds get in the way
I reckon it’s time to do some weeding I reckon it’s time today
