your body your soul your heart your mind
you are the only one that can do you
no other comes close you are the only view
so when problems come to knock down your door
when difficulties besiege you and bad days make war
when all these things attempt to rob you and leave you on your own
please please please remember that you are never alone
because maybe it’s me or him or her or them
but you are not the first to face the situation that you’re in
you are unique but your situation is not
there is no originality in the manner in which you have been caught
the hand that helps is available sure and kind
