Snow Day Blessings

My favorite channel was the kitchen window displaying falling snow
hours later the back yard proved it was quite a show
a fireplace blazing bright provided warmth and light
setting the tone from the morning on into the last thing at night
precious souls make the house a home I am filled to overflowing
blessed out of my mind no doubt gratitude ever growing
